Attention should be paid to the installation: iron doors and Windows will affect the wireless signal, installation attention to avoid close to strong magnetic materials, also do not install on the magnetized iron door; Strong vibration may cause misjudgment of door and window sensors. It is suggested that the main part should be installed in the parts with small vibration, such as door and window frames, to reduce the impact of vibration; The mounting surface must be smooth and without bumps. Uneven mounting surfaces can put stress on sensors and may damage internal components.
2. Smoke sensor
The smoke sensor always monitors the combustible gas concentration in the area. If the smoke concentration exceeds the standard, an alarm will be pushed to the user in time to remind the user to deal with the fire danger.
The following places should be avoided during installation: places where smoke is easily trapped, such as near the wall of the kitchen stove; Toilets and other places where the air humidity is greater than 95%; Places with high ventilation speed, such as near Windows; Dust more, water mist, steam, furniture factory, flour factory and other pollution gas places.
3. Gas sensor
The gas sensor detects the concentration of natural gas in real time. When the gas exceeds the standard, the alarm will be triggered and the alarm information will be pushed to the APP on the mobile phone. At the same time, the mechanical valve will be linked to close the gas pipeline.
Attention should be paid to the installation: the bathroom can not be installed, easy to touch water or with water droplets, easy to produce non-fire smoke or steam; Install and use indoor ceiling only, and keep a distance of more than 50cm from lighting equipment; When the cabinet is close to the ceiling, the alarm should be kept at least 60cm away from the cabinet; Keep at least 1500cm away from the ventilation fan, air conditioner and vent.
4. Overflow sensor
Overflow sensors can monitor home kitchens. Whether the balcony has water source to leak.
Avoid the following places during installation: Do not be too close to the humidifier, which may cause high humidity and trigger an alarm; Clean regularly and wipe dust or small water droplets off the sensor with a clean, damp cloth to prevent false alarms.
5, infrared sensor
Infrared body sensors detect whether people or animals have passed through the area and sensitively identify heat changes to determine whether suspicious people have invaded the defensive area.
Note when installing: do not install in the sunlight or direct light, nor too close to the heat source or air conditioning, to avoid excessive temperature difference caused by false alarm; Clean regularly, do not touch, wipe with a damp soft cloth to reduce the possibility of dust failure.
In addition to the above considerations, signal should also be considered during installation. If the installation location is far away from the gateway, the gateway cannot receive sensor signals, which may cause the device to frequently go offline. During the installation, select an appropriate location based on the communication distance recommended by the device manufacturer to make the smart home linkage experience smoother.
